Excellent sales support and very quick delivery Unfortunately manufactures instructions covered so many models that it became confusing, after two days I eventually got it working, by ignoring their instructions. Brother ! Print a separate instruction sheet for each individual model. Paper is not that expensive! And get a novice, someone who has never used the model before to test the instructions. It is clear these instructions where written by a computer nerd they are not clear and make too many assumptions.

How durable are the labels, does the print fade

- Hi Richard Thank you for your question. The Brother DK labels can be durable, but it depends on the conditions they're kept in. If left inside, they won't fade for over a year. However, in hazardous or outdoor conditions, they will fade much quicker. Hope this helps Thank you The Printerbase Team
