Instructions on changing your Ricoh toner cartridge can be found in the User Guide, following this would be the most accurate method. The User Guide is usually supplied with your printer or can be downloaded for free from the Ricoh website. Alternatively, follow the simple steps in our guide below to change your Ricoh printer cartridges.
1. Turn the printer on.
2. Open the front cover with the release button located on the side of the printer.
3. Lift the front of the toner cartridge and take it out of the printer.
4. Put the used toner in the supplied plastic bag and seal it.
5. Wipe the metallic roller in the printer with a soft damp cloth.
6. Place the new toner on a flat surface and pull the tape out of the side.
7. Hold the grips of the new toner cartridge and gently insert it into the printer until it stops.
8. Gently press down on the new toner until it clicks into place.
9. Close the front cover.
