HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4302fdw A4 Colour Multifunction Laser Printer

This new HP Colour Laser JetPro is so fast it will finish printing before I've had chance to get up. Quality is excellent for standard office documents. I do need to put it through its paces for colour. I had swapped to InkJet for size and convenience, so to see full functioning Laser quality in this form factor is just amazing. The setup was sublime, so easy and accurate via the excellent HP Smart App on my phone, and simple to print to from any device. I was amazed to find the ink already installed. I've not yet researched how long the cartridge will last, or the ongoing cost for replacement cartridges. Launching a new product, I expect this will become a work horse for much of the workflow with customers, so I couldn't be happier that it appears to be so reliable.. Overall, I'm very impressed with the entire package of hardware and software in support and would highly recommend.

As a small office comprising 3-5 workers, finding the right multifunction printer that balances efficiency, quality, and functionality was crucial. The paper surface after printing a colourful poster had a lovely silk feel to it and matched a professionally printed poster. The printer offers the option to log in individual users. It was straight forward to set each laptop, device and pc to the printer via the wifi network. Ethernet connection is available but due to the position of the printer in the office we are sticking to using wifi. It has a easy to use touchscreen display which is clear to navigate. The printer also has a quality scanner. One area where it falls short is its inability to print A3 paper size. As a small office that occasionally requires printing larger formats, this limitation poses a minor inconvenience. However, considering its overall performance, this drawback is outweighed by its numerous strengths.

I cannot recommend the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4302fdw enough! It has made a world of difference in our small business and it found home use as well. The speed, quality, and ease of use are unmatched. It's a game-changer! Prints are supplied super fast and with quality what can't be matched with our older printers. I found it very easy to use. Printer arrived and on first impressions it was larger than I expected... but I was comparing it to my old Multifunction Inkjets. When I thought back to old Laser Printers this was so compact for all the features it includes. Duplex Printing and Scanning, High Quality Colour Laser Printing all in one. Unboxing was simple, removed all the tape and powered on. Straight away it starts updating and setting up. Compared to older HP Printers this setup was amazingly simple and easy. Printer was up and running in less than 5 minutes (Including Update). Loved the fact it didn’t require the app to setup or get working. Straight after connecting to the Wi-Fi, I was able to print directly from my mobile to the printer with no issues. Where this printer excels is your typical multicoloured documents, with logos, images or clipart on them. Quality is pretty much perfect. Tested Photo Printing and after playing with a few settings and the pictures were surprisingly good and for a lot of uses you would never know, add in some Laser Photo Paper and you’ve got some great results for all your Office Type Needs. Scanning either from the ADF or manual lid is quick and simple, again worked perfectly from my mobile. Took a bit more setting up on my PC< had to install the HP Software but actually worked well and was set up in no time. Love the fact the printer scans both sides at one though, no sending documents in and out and saves the chances of paper jams and wonky scans. Paper tray is pretty small, especially for a laser printer but not a big problem. The screen on the device is easy and intuitive and has all the functions you could need for a small business. If you want more settings go to the HP Software or if you want the daddy of all settings, go to the products IP Address in your browser, enter the IP Address and you can customize so much on there. Replacement Toners are quite pricey at the moment with no alternatives to HP Original toners but that will change in time when the printers been out longer. Overall, I’m really impressed with this printer, I was sceptical about moving from an inkjet but actually the speed of prints, the quality and all the features so far have made me love it. Highly recommended and with the advantages of toner lasting longer if you don’t print for a while, it should be fine and not block like an inkjet.

Impressive all in one laser printer. Easy to setup, well packaged and amazing printouts / scanner. I have setup via ethernet, no issues occurred. Looks very neat, easy access to paper tray and toners. Discrete on/off button. Lovely and responsive touch panel. Fairly quiet when scanning/printing. This has all the functionality you could ask for. A fantastic product for an home or office environment!

This is a major upgrade over my previous inject mfc printer. The solid performance of laser jet means fast prints and no more need to wait for the ink to dry, especially with full colour prints! Having used HP laser jet printers at work before, these prosumer versions seem rather similar in build and quality. However, it was a while ago and this new one seems much more compact and sturdier in my opinion. Also, it is much quieter and quicker to warm up than the ones at work, something that I really didn't like hearing all the time at work. Anyway, HP has made a lot of improvements with these new laser jet printers and I finally feel like the make sense to have in a home office and not just in an office environment! I whole heartedly recommend one of these if you need reliable and professional quality printing, especially if you're working from home.

I use a printer daily as I work from home and rely on printing documentation relating to work. The printer is a great upgrade in laser printers, allowing you to select the quality of print finishes and even on premium setting it is still speedy. It's a professional printer that offers as much functionality as our main office printer. Easy to get started with, the app connected without a problem to give a more versatile printing option. I did have a problem on the first day with the test page printing out blurred and wonky but after I left the printer to settle overnight it was perfect the next day - so don't think there's anything wrong if the same happens to you.
