HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4302fdn A4 Colour Multifunction Laser Printer

My first impression was "that's a big printer!" But to be fair it is a scanner and copier as well as a colour printer. I've had a laserjet printer for years so I knew already I wouldn't ever go back to an inkjet, because they last so much longer, the ink doesn't dry out in a month if you don't use it and the quality is a lot better. This printer has now had a good test of its printing capabilities and has passed with distinction! I printed off a photo and although it was on normal A4 paper it is very good quality. Close up you can see that the pixels are spread out more than on a photo but from a short distance away it can pass for a picture to hang on the wall in a frame. Printing off black and white pictures (for example pictures to colour in) is obviously excellent. The copier has also been tested, and the only downside of this product is that it doesn't pick up very faint lines, so a pencil sketch might not reproduce well. For colour copies, no issue whatsoever. I photocopy cross stitch charts and these reproduce very well. Scanning works well, much the same as copying but little testing has been done on this function - I knew the scanner would be the least used of the functions. It's very fast, printing off 33 pages per minute both in colour and black and white. Initial set up was far easier than I thought it would be. I am very incapable when it comes to technology and any setting up of new gadgets is daunting, but I plugged it in and turned it on and up popped a menu on the touchscreen display asking me to set the time and date and choose the country I was in, then connect to my wi-fi, and that was it! No installing of drivers, no plugging in my chrome book, no wires everywhere. Very much recommended, especially for those, like myself, who cannot use technology unless it is very simple!

I have had this printer set up for a few days and all the functions work fantastically well. Each function is simple to use even for the less tech savvy. Unfortunately I thought I had ordered a wireless printer but this particular model is not, which is something I wasn’t prepared for, having had wireless printers for several years. I wasn’t able to connect the printer as soon as it arrived as I didn’t have the correct leads to do this. So had to wait for a delivery of said leads. I think for the price of the printer, all leads should be provided in the box. The printer is relatively quiet and fast, however it is quite large and heavy so takes up a lot of room on a desk. I did struggle on my own to lift it so had to wait for husband to come home to help me get up on to the desk after unboxing as I was concerned I would drop it. Now that it’s in place and all leads wired up it is a great addition to my home office

I love the sleek all in one design it has scanner and fax all on the top ok for the odd business that still wants them but in general not really used by us. I love the flip screen on the front however that isn't used as much as the app is I can make all the choices I need without having to move from my seat a bit lazy but great when you have limited mobility. The dual side printing is fantastic as not every printer has that option for the price these are they are worth ever penny. I have printed photos for myself staff and family members all who love the quality. Amazing clear reports and graphs all simple to read and no smudging when it's gone through the fuser. Last of all I am also a crafter and I love to make images with black toner and hot foils this printer has given me the best images by far

This printer is such good quality, it not only looks good and it produces amazing quality prints. The set up has been so easy as well, from the ease of getting it out of the box which only needed one person. it just slid out, there was none of the usual trying to lift it out and the plastic breaking and tearing. Then once plugged in it just did all the fluffing around itself all i had to do was wait for it to finish and then print away. I like to print photos and the quality that came out looked as if it was done professioanlly. I also have to pint a lot of training manuals for my company and previously when printing two sided i had to do it manually which was so hard, now with the duplex option with this printer it is saving me so much time. Overall this printer is well worth it and HP have excelled themselves again.

The HP Laser 4302fdn impresses with its visually pleasing design, boasting fast print speeds and exceptional print quality. Installation is a breeze, although locating the admin password within the front tray took me a while when trying to check the network connections available. This printer lacks wireless functionality, requiring an Ethernet connection however that’s no problem for us and we plan to put it in the attic so that we can print from any room in the house. While toner costs are on the higher side, the longevity justifies this expense. There is an abundance of helpful resources on the HP website. Overall, a reliable choice for those prioritizing speed and print quality

I am very impressed with its performance and print quality. It is quite big in size, but it fits well in my home office. The print speed is fast and the quality is amazing. As a small business owner time is important so I was pleased that within ten minutes the printer was installed and I was ready to go. The installation process was simple even if you only know the basics: take it out of the box; plug it in; go through an easy step by step set up process. Either connect the printer to you network via an Ethernet cable or direct to your computer via USB. The required printer software was easy to download and install from the supplied link. As for the printer, the print quality is excellent for the price and the print speed is actually quite impressive. The copy and scan functions are easy to use and provide an excellent copy. The only negative thing with this printer is that it does not have a facility to connect to a Wi-Fi network in which I assumed that it did. Just in case, I contacted HP support and they where both quick and efficient in answering my question.

We picked up the HP Colour LaserJet Pro 4302FDN multifunction printer to add to our home office setup. Out of the box, I was immediately impressed by how ready-to-go it was. The installation process was smooth, although I did need to get the HP Smart application for Windows. The printer came with its toners already fitted and ready for use, which surprised me. I prefer wired network connections over Wi-Fi and the ethernet setup couldn't have been easier. We've printed documents from our Windows PCs, Android smartphones, and an iOS device, and the setup required on each has been trivial. My wife is now able to reliably print her documents from all her devices without needing to send them over to me first! I scan a lot of documents as they come into our house and the ability to scan directly to our network-attached storage, using the built in display, over SMB has been a game changer. The touch screen is bright, easy to use and responsive. I've avoided using these in the past, but this one has been great. This feature, combined with the option of using the document feeder or the flat glass, has given me the best scanning experience I've had to date. It's fast and looks great, too! The printer always seems to be ready to print instantly, a feature my wife particularly appreciates. She was surprised to find her print jobs waiting for her by the time she reached the printer, where our previous ink jet would still be whirring and clunking. Duplex printing has saved us a significant amount of paper while still printing the best quality documents we've ever had! The colours on printouts look brilliant and rich while preserving sharp details in documents - excellent for our shipping labels. Additionally, the use of toner instead of ink means our labels and packages are safe from smudges, even if they come into contact with water during transit. I no longer feel like I need to wrap labels in plastic! This printer has completely exceeded our expectations. Its ease of use, reliability, excellent and predictable print quality, speed, scanning capabilities and quality of life features like scanning to network shares has made this our firm favourite printer.

The printer arrived and many have commented that it's big. And it is. But if you look at the side by side photo with my other multifunction printer, you can see it's relatively small. The difference isn't that much but it's significant in such that one person can carry and install the HP. The other needs 2 people to position! And it fits nicely on the cabinet in my attic cupboard. Set up was very easy. I just powered it up while plugged into my network with the existing ethernet cable i had been using for the existing printer. I was able to add the printer on my PC straight away (note it may take some time as it downloads the HP Software). I installed the app on my phone. This allows further configuration. But i can't see the need to use it much once you have set up the printer. 2 small hiccups were finding the power button (it's on the front and very slim) and the PIN number (look on the front of the printer cartridge holder) I was able to add the HP Print Service on my Android phone (Google Pixel 6 Pro) and print from my phone in not time. This will make a big difference (mainly for my wife with all her Amazon return labels!) and is such a great feature. The print quality and speed was great. Very quick and sharp and double sided if you like. This has already taken pride of place in our home / business printer spot. Highly recommended. One thing to note is that HP insist on you using their cartridges. If you use any other brands it may brick your device. I prefer to use original cartridges because i have had printers damaged in the past by poor quality cartridges which have leaked. I'm not sure HP's CEO's reason that it's a security risk really applies to us home users. But just be aware that HP isn't the cheapest when it comes to cartridges so factor that in if you're a heavy user.

Arrived swiftly and was simple to assemble and operate. I adore the different connection choices available, such as USB, Ethernet, Airprint for Apple devices, and Moparia for Android devices. For printing from devices like cameras and USB flash drives, using the USB port for direct printing is the best option. The print quality is exceptionally sharp and remarkably true to life. The printer toner chamber is quite simple to reach and replace. Hopefully won't have to do it for a very long time. The ability to reduce the size from A4 in the paper compartment makes it perfect for printing brochures and images on photo graphic paper. The screen interface is precisely the correct size, making it simple to move through all of the menu options without becoming too complicated. Overall love the blue/white colour combination and does all the office type tasks like print, scan copy and the old style of faxing just in case you are old school.

This is a great laser printer which has a high pigment, quick and quiet printing and can do the job very fast perfect for any small business. you can print on many materials and one or double sided very quickly.
