Wifi means I can use the iPad/iPhone app as well as the supplied Windows software. Easy to use and quick - I'd printed dozens of labels in seconds - each one neat and looking professional. I've only used continuous label but am impressed with the performance of the printer so far - a snip with 3 yr warranty and promotional cash back.

I bought this printer after trawling the Internet for a wireless label printer. This is a great printer that is dead easy to set up and use. There is no need to buy printer cartridges as it prints thermally. I also downloaded the iprint&label App. from iTunes and am able to wirelessly print labels from my iphone too. Printerbase delivered next day at no charge, it was the cheapest price on the net and I was able to claim

My first label printer chosen because I wanted wireless connectivity. Well packaged and easy to set up; you need to use the USB cable (supplied) to complete the set up but it automatically picks up the network and passkey from your computer then you can disconnect the USB cable and it works on your network. Labels automatically align themselves. Haven't read the user manual (on the CD) but have tried the supplied software and basic label printing is intuitive and easy. Price was good for a wireless printer and quality of printing is excellent and will give my business a professsional look.

In response to your query, I would advise that this printer can be connected to mobile devices using downloadable apps created for these devices. If you would like to connect an Android/Apple mobile phone or tablet, simply download the Brother iPirint & Label app. This will allow you to connect the mobile device and printer successfully, enabling simple, fuss-free printing on the go. However take a look at the Leitz Icon Smart Label Printer - https://www.printerbase.co.uk/leitz-icon-smart-wireless-label-printer.html You can buy a battery pack for this machine so that you can use this on the move.
