HP Smart Tasks

With the introduction of Smart Tasks from HP, everyday menial office tasks are made easy. Simply tapping the options on the screen allows you to scan any document and send it straight to your email, cloud storage and more. Scan straight from the HP Officejet Pro printer and receive the document immediately on your phone. Using the touchscreen you can create editable and searchable documents too.

High volume printing

The output tray of the printer holds 100 sheets, with the two input trays being able to hold 250 sheets each. The auto feeder runs for 35 pages each cycle, meaning you can have hands-free and fast work every time.

Even higher volume jobs can get done with more much confidence and time-saving efficiency. The printer has a printout speed of around 24 pages per minute for black ink, and 20 pages per minute for colour printing. Urgent jobs are easily achievable with these fast printout speeds.

Connectivity

Mobile networks and wi-fi connections can all be connected to the HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 A4 Multifunction Inkjet Printer.
