Great service received, ordered this printer at 1.45pm on Tuesday, received printer at 10.15am on the Wednesday. Printer ideal for home or small office use, fairly easy to set up, was up and running within 30 minutes. Highly recommended, would certainly use this company again.

Great printer, very easy to set up duplex print very fast for a cheap printer. Printer Base web page promised next day delivery which was good service. The second printer I ordered at the same time was supposed to arrive next day - found out after placing the order that it was going to take a week (for something clearly listed as being available for next day delivery). Printer Base's excuse was that all items are listed as being available for next day delivery - this is deceitful and I will not be using Printer Base again until they change this policy. 274855

Very pleased with quality of this printer. Delivered promptly by Printerbase. Straight forward to set up on Windows 7. First page from sleep mode is printed almost immediately. I like the option of Duplex printing and high volume (8000 page) toner kit which is not available on cheaper models. Run small business from home and whilst I do not print high volumes this helps keep cost low. If a lot of printing was being done in a small office noise level might be obtrusive during print - although I have nothing to compare this model against having used an old HP inkjet previously. Great printer.
