I totally agree with the previous review - Printerbase could not have been more helpful - rang soon after I had placed my order which would never have happened with Amazon. I was looking to replace an old Epson Stylus Pro 3800 with something smaller. The Epson XP-65 is very flimsy in comparison,but I think it will be good for printing some photos when I get the hang of putting the paper in the tray correctly. Oh for a decent user manual, but thank heavens for You Tube

Epson-65 purchased to replace my faulty Canon printer. I specifically wanted a standalone printer with no scanner, something Canon no longer seem to produce. Setting up seemed a little flaky using the Epson Smart Panel App but proved a lot easier on a PC from the Epson website. Really pleased with the XP-65, I'm an Epson convert. Impressed, too, with the customer care received from Printerbase. Two calls from Sam after ordering online, one to check the printer satisfied my needs, the second to confirm dispatch and the delivery window. Why buy anything from Amazon, you wouldnt get care like this from them. Cheaper than Amazon too, with free delivery. 100% recommendation for both printer and Printerbase from me. I'll certainly be using them again.
