Can you tell me what thickness of paper this model will print

- Hi Irene, Thank you for your email. Epson don't actually quote any media weights as they only recommend Epson branded media. Therefore providing you are using the supported Epson branded media you will be fine. My print quality is very poor linesof no printing are across the paper and the colour is distorted. I have run software to clean nossles but it has made no difference. The printer is about 14 months old. I have replaced the black ink but others are nearly full. Paul

- Hi Colin, Thank you for contacting Printerbase. I can confirm that the HP 7612 is the replacement printer to the old HP 7610. However the 7612 will only duplex print upto A4 size not A3. does this printer work with windows 10 operating system and do you not get a usb cable vwith this as it says it will run on usb which I prefer. regards

If I put a double sided sheet of paper in the document feeder, will the printer automatically scan both sides, without me removing and reinserting the paper and then print? Thanks Chris
