Canon Pixma TS8350a A4 Colour Inkjet Multifunction Printer - DISCONTINUED

Printed 50 photo Christmas cards with no problem, all on the ink that came with the printer. The rear paper loader took all the stress out of handling stiff card (my previous Canon jammed repeatedly on front loading)

This is a neat, good looking printer with a small footprint. Print quality is excellent and reasonably fast. Just one start dropped because it failed to print until I manually pulled out the output tray, which was not easy to do and should have been automatic. This has only happened once so far and could just be teething problems. Generally very happy with it.

Used to have HP printers mainly because of low ink cartridge prices. Gave this Canon TS8350a a try and have been blown away by how easy it was to set up and use - the cartridges that came with the printer have easily out-lasted the regular HP ones (amazing) - and together with friendly and efficient service from Printerbase - who could ask for more?

Printing is fairly fast, good quality and the machine is much quieter than our previous Canon printer. Scan quality is very good. Copier excellent. Doesn't hold a lot of paper, but does the job

Decent printer. Fairly straightforward to use. Good quality photos. Installation instructions could be improved. I had significant issues as there was a conflict with a previously installed printer. Some guidance on this would have saved a lot of stress. However once this was overcome, it works well.

Excellent machine which has replaced an earlier (TS8050). Printerbase appear to be a caring company and contacted me to ensure that this printer is the one I wanted and follow up to ensure that I am satisfied. Very good to have someone to phone up and give a human touch. I would definitely recommend Printerbase.

Excellent machine that lives up to all the functions and features CANON promote - EXCEPT the cable that connects to the electricity. Either the printer-end plug is too small or the socket to which it is attached is too large, but the cable falls out regularly. It is simply a poor fit, causing frustration and time wasting in getting fitted back in and the machine working again.

Functional desk top printer.scanner. Has all functions needed for home working. Ink cartridges don't last long. Very small and very costly. You ideally need orginals to make it all work although I have tried alternatives and it works. Hate QR code error as you have to scan and then look up error codes and then work out remedial action. Not intuitive and for some my be a tad complex.

I'm a serious and fussy hobbyist photographer. I've been really pleased with the results of this printer when used with high-quality paper

I've been using the printer for general documents, which is does really well, but I've also been using it for borderless printing of photographs onto high quality paper - the results are first class. Like others have commented I was disappointed that the automatic retraction of the output tray on standby doesn't seem to work.

Set-up was straightforward. Excellent results. - crisp print , accurate copying, stunning photos.. Also very quiet. Thoroughly recommended.

This is a nice easy to use printer , the quality of the printing is first class .I have also found that the scanning process of photos ,especially old sepia types, is very good. I would advise that the paper tray extends a long way so if like me you house the unit in a computer desk make sure there is free space in front.

Nice looking printer. Only problem that I have is not being able to make it work. Delivered last Saturday, so Canon was shut. Where I bought it from were very sympathetic but nobody could give me any usable advice. Look forward to using it as it is claimed in the reviews that prints of photos are particularly good.

Excellent printer. Good text and bright contrasty prints. My only dislike is the paper tray which cannot be retracted without first emptying it of paper. Not a big deal if you have the space to accommodate it.

I found the printer easy to set up and the quality of the images, especially when using high quality paper, is extremely good. One slight annoyance is that I've tried to set it up to withdraw the output tray when it goes to standby, but it doesn't seem to work, so I have to close it manually (OK, a first world problem)
