10/10 for customer service and price of product. I received two phone calls before delivery - one ensuring I understood fully the spec of the printer as it doesn't have double sided scanning functionality which I knew about and another about delivery. Unbelievable customer service, like the attention that you no longer see in day to day consumerism. Very professional and attentative company. The best prices that I found. Normally I would not take the time to leave a review but this company deserves it. ty
