Really wonderful scanner, easy to use and set up. The support from Charles has been hugely appreciated, he’s really gone over and above ensuring this was the right product and very helpfully reminded me to register for the warranty. Highly recommended not only the scanner but Printerbase, as I don’t think I’ve seen this level of customer support for decades. 10/10

A very good scanner from canon. Good help and support from printerbase.co.uk Great quality and value, packaged well and sent quickly. Thank you. Scanner used on Linux - works with default app at low dpi, for full dpi I bought and installed vueScan software.

I am thinking of buying an A3 printer and separate scanner to replace my old canon MP510 printer/scanner/copier which is not compatible with my new PC. Does this scanner have a straightforward copy function/button for colour and black and white that can be used when the computer is off or will I have to scan documents.

My PC only has a USB 2 and 3 port. I believe the USB connector is USB-C. Does this mean I need an adaptor of some description to connect it to my PC? Thanks.

- Hi Simon Thank you for your question. The Canon LiDE 400 scanner is supplied with a USB-C to USB-A cable. The USB-C end will connect to the Scanner, but the other end is a standard USB which will be suitable in 2 and 3 ports on your PC Hope this helps Thank you Adam The Printerbase Team
