Printerbase delivered quickly and the website is user friendly. Fax is easy to set up and use with many of the features you would expect. The only downside is the lack of a redial facility if the number is busy if manually dialed and the fact it only retries 3 times if a number is used from the memory. Not ideal when fax is in one office and used by people from several locations around the bulding.

Had to replace our old broken fax and needed a cartridge rather than ribbon fax - this machine is excellent - easy to set up and to use. Superb fast service from Printerbase would recommend them.
