Available in both direct thermal and thermal transfer models, the ZD220 prints 4" labels at 4 ips. Key features include USB connectivity, a single LED status indicator and single button for feed/pause. An optional factory-installed peeler is also available. And, it is ENERGY STAR qualified to reduce operation expense.

It is ideal for use in transportation and logistics, warehouse, retail and healthcare applications to print boarding tickets, bag tags, parking passes, product/shipping labels, work-in-process tickets, receipts, and asset tracking and price labels.

Have tried over 3 months to get this printer to function properly. keeps spewing out 6-7 blank labels and then quits with an error message. Very frustrating..... Print quality is really bad when it does print. I bought this printer as my main goto printer for 6x4 labels. My older DYMO 4XL was going to be my standby printer for emergency printing. However I still use the DYMO 4XL. The Zebra ZD220 cannot compete. The print quality is 10x better than the ZD220. I have a 40x magnifier and I have checked print quality. The DYMO 4XL is 300dpi and the ZD220 is supposedly 200dpi.... no this cannot be true. The DYMO 4XL is way way way better .... by far sharper. The barcode lines on the ZD220 have loads of 'barbs'..... The DYMO lines are sharp even at 40x magnification. I would not recommend the ZD220. Definitely 0 out of 5.
