I bought the Samsung M2070W before this one and due to very poor quality I returned it. This Xerox 3225 is miles better than the Samsung M2070W in terms of build quality as well as performance quality. This printer is a genuine built machine and works as it claims to. I am very happy with this printer overall although I haven't used the fax on it, print, scan and copy works perfectly and it is fast too. Very easy to set up with the CD provided and most importantly I love the design and quality. However, the downside is the little screen that is hardly visible and the configuration menu seems to be a bit difficult to understand (at least for me). I would definitely recommend this printer to small businesses as well as home users.
