The Xerox VersaLink B620 is an A4 black-and-white laser printer designed for work teams of 5 to 20 users that need rapid, reliable, and high-quality documents. It is perfectly sized for scaled-back office spaces and hybrid work environments, where space is a premium and there's no room for disruption.

The Xerox VersaLink B620 delivers sharp prints consistently at resolutions up to 1200 x 1200 dpi. With exceptional print speeds reaching up to 65 pages per minute, it significantly boosts productivity and reduces your paper consumption by half, with in-built automatic two-sided printing.

The printer comes equipped with standard connectivity options, including Network (Ethernet) and USB. And for those requiring wireless capabilities, an optional Wi-Fi adapter is available. Near Field Communication (NFC) is also supported for seamless mobile printing and pairing.

The "Free Extended Warranty” program from Xerox is a renewable 12 month Xerox warranty free to claim for up to 4 years. You will need to purchase a full set of Genuine Xerox Toner CMYK Set within the last six months before your existing Printer warranty expiration date and register the free 12-month extension before your warranty expires.

Your Xerox Extended Warranty can be repeated yearly up to a maximum of 4 times, every time your warranty is about to expire, for an extended warranty cover up to a maximum of five years (including the initial 1 year standard manufacturer warranty)

Free Next Business Day Delivery on all orders over £30 ex VAT / £36 inc VAT.

Next Business Day Delivery only includes orders being shipped to mainland Great Britain.
Delivers to AB postcode area, the higher parts of Scotland and Scottish Isles may be a 'Two Day' service and not 'Next Day'
Next Business Day Delivery is available for all orders placed before 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4.30pm on Friday or at the weekend will be processed on the next business day (see delivery estimates).
