Most printers I have bought start off with excellent image quality and this is not exception. It will be interesting to see how it performs. The build quality appear good i.e. the plastic case etc has been well specified. I needed assistance from Xerox to set up the WiFi but that was not an issue. One gripe - why did Xerox enable a print banner sheet in the initial settings!

This was an upgrade from a previous old xerox printer which gave up the ghost and I have to say we're really impressed. The older printer would take a while to get going, this one warms up and gets printing by the time you've walked over to it. Arrived the next day from Printerbase so well done on the service from that side.

Beenn happy with this printer since we had it, do regret not buying one you can scan from ut that's not the printers fault. I like the fact you can print wirelessly.

Thank you Xerox, a great printer at a good price and with really good settings. Very easy to get up and running on. Thank you Printerbase, this is the 3rd machine we have bought from you and for our offices and it won't be the last. Worth mentioning that I think the most important thing is that the cost to run this printer is actually very good, we're not finding it is draining the ink with our printing and we do print alot. A little tip, opt for the extra extra large toner pack as it is a massive amount of pages for not much more money.

Can the memory be upgraded?

- Hi Barry, thanks for getting in touch. The Xerox 3330DNi will come with 512MB, which can’t be upgraded. However, 512MB is normally more than enough memory for most office jobs. Thanks Grace The Printerbase Team
