We have never used Printerbase befor but, as they promised, we took receipt of the new fax machine within 24 hours and it was easy to set up. This was the best price we found for this item.I would recommend this model for a small but busy office.

Generally a better fax machine than the old SF650 we had but the set up instructions are boarder line rubbish. The paper tray is poor, because its open at the front, paper can get dislodged and cause paper feed problems.
