I love the double sided printing so easy, scanning is great also. still need to work out some of the other options as only had for a week,. but it is quick, easy to set up

After being hounded by photocopier sales people trying to sell me a machine specced for 100k copies a month when all I needed was a small office machine just ike this one. Really pleased so far and great value. Does what it says on the tin - and will have to see how mich the toner adds up to.

Not only was the customer service from Printerbase extremely good - everything happened when they said it would. As for the printer itself - superb - easy to set up and the print quality and more importantly the scanning quality and speed is outstanding.

Within minutes of opening the box I was printing from all home computers, Windows 8 , Mac and Windows XP and also after downloading the Free AP was also printing from my IPhone and Ipad. Also for the first time I was able to print on both sides of the paper. Never sussed how on my old photocopier!

Hi, this MFP seems to tick all the boxes I need (wish list: wireless, usb, duplex printing/scanning, colour particularly) but my current mono printer (Ricoh SP3400 allows me to have a small batch of headed paper in the bypass tray - most of the printers I'm finding have a single bypass sheet but this doesn't specify, can you tell me whether I can have a larger batch of paper ready to bypass? thanks

- Hi Steph, Thank you for contacting Printerbase. The Samsung M3870FW will scan in colour not print. Is that ok? This machine has 250 sheet paper tray and a 50 sheet multipurpose tray on the front that folds down and you can feed other types of media through. This is also known as a bypass tray on other machines. The fax modem speed is 33.6 Kbps which the fastest speed available and the M3870FW can take a 10,000-yield toner cartridge making It very cost effective to run. I hope this helps. Thanks. Dan.
