Ordered printer online, arrived next day at 10 am. Installation disc would not install drivers on computer so called printerbase who where very helpful but despite their best efforts could not resolve the issue, they then put me through to Samsung who told me to download a fix from Samsungs website which sorted the problem. First class service from Printerbase and Samsung. Would highly recommend. Very pleased with printer.

Ordered Wednesday, arrived Thursday. Set up was easy [on a Mac] and printed first page within minutes of plugging in. Seems to be fine, and I'm hoping much better than my Epson Inkjet which basically lasted as long as the first set of carts and printed fewer than 50 pages. Added bonus was the

Previous printer - also a Samsung Mono Laser - broke on a Thursday afternoon at about 16:15 after many years of hard service. After a quick check to verify the problem was unfixable, I called Printerbase at 16:28 for a replacement. Great advice on a replacement and the order was finalised in about five minutes. Despite a 16:30 cut-off for next day delivery the printer arrived at 15:15 the next day. The printer was quick and easy to set up and the software was intuitive to use on networked desktop and laptop windows machines. Apple Macs detected printer and installed the software without the need for the disk and also configured the printer without further intervention to work wirelessly with iPads. Very quiet and seems economical too. Printerbase invariably friendly, efficient and helpful.

Impressed by both the printer, ease of setup and ordering and delivery service. We found that this small but workhorse printer meets the needs of our office and has speeded up out mail out processing. The eco functions are also impressive saving toner and power.

I bought this printer two weeks ago. Since then I have had two long sessions with Samsung support remotely accessing my computer to determine why it wouldn't print.This required several long phone calls and emails etc. My feeling is that Samsung's software is not totally reliable for the wireless connection. However, perhaps it is just the initial setup as it seems to be working ok now. Time will tell....

Why have I cursed inkjet printers and the criminal cost of their ink refills for fifteen years and only now found this wonderful machine? Speedy and versatile with duplex options and other automatic formatting and so economic, at least one-fifth the cost of printing on inkjet. Perfectly crisp print and several eco settings for even greater savings. I can do without colour and my photos were always better (and more cheaply) reproduced by online specialists so I am a very happy bunny!

In response to your query, I would advise that the options to print double-sided are found within the print driver settings, usually under the heading of double sided printing . changing the setting can vary depending on the operating system you are using. The first thing I would recommend checking is that you have a full driver package installed for your operating system by visiting the Samsung site and downloading the one which corresponds to your OS here. The one thing that isn't included is a USB cable to connect the printer with your computer. However, if you are using the wireless feature you won't be needing this anyway. I hope that this helps.
