The quality of print is brilliant in my opinion. The bundled Samsung software is Ok but it sometimes (2x) makes my computer to forget the printer. Then I have to tell Windows to install it again. It takes only a minute. I've done all the updates, of course. I have a computer background and can say, this have nothing to do with the printer itself. Future software updates will hopefully get rid off this glitch.

Good Product and service. Easy to set up, easy to use. Good print quality. Like the scan function offers options to save in different file formats. Only negative point is when the printer warms up it's noisy.

I bought this all in one printer for my home office. It is small compared to some other printer, but can be some time a bit noisy when heating up. I have it for a month now so I cannot judge the printing cost yet, but I think the eco driver should help.

We bought this printer for office use 2 months ago. The network set up was problematic to begin with. The cartridges ran out within 2 months of using it (we are not heavy users!) paper jammed often. Very disappointed with this product!

Samsung C-1860 FW is Best in A4 size and Compact with NFC printing, color results are excellent.

Is the printer support double side printing? (auto not manual)

- Hi Hamood, Thank you for submitting this question. In response to your query, I would advise that unfortunately, the Samsung C1860FW only supports manual duplex printing, not automatic.
