The Ricoh Aficio SPC320DN is an Entry Level colour laser printer, ideal for the small workgroups or home office users. These printers have a small footprint making them perfect for those who find space is at a premium. The Ricoh Aficio SPC320DN comes with Network connectivity and Automatic two-sided (Duplex) printing as standard to help cut down on your paper usage. The SPC320DN also comes with an ECO Night Sensor that switches the main power off when darkness falls.

Quiet printer, churns out several prints of all page coverage for us. Not too bad on the running costs we have found to date. The colour prints are actually better than I expected from a laser machine.

The printer is cheaper than a set of toners. When you need a maintenance kit and a transfer unit you may as well chuck it in the bin. £583 for a set of low yield toners maintenance kit and transfer unit. £215 for a brand new printer full of toner.

After much research for the new printer for the office we decided to go for this Ricoh. In terms of speed, it's not the quickest that we've had in the office, but it still rattles off about 20/30 pages per minute which is still quite good. Had a good read of the brochure for this and many other models and Ricoh do mention this printer is good for the environment with some of the featres. Not sure which ones off the top of my head. But it's nice to know that you can 'do your bit' as such. Looks like a standard printer.

Actually more compact then I thought - which is good. needed something which could handle thicker paper / card and this fitted the bill. quality was good also. running costs are pretty reasonable. we're a smaller office with 6 people - suits us really well. no problems at all. would recommend.

Never had ricoh before, thought we would try this in our office. We have 10 of us sharing this printer and it's been great so far. good quality prints and it's pretty fast - we print a lot of big documents and the printer copes really well. Would buy ricoh again in the future.
