I purchased this having been talked into it by a salesman in preference to a comparable HP product. Two things - Installation is a nightmare. Some functions work OK but I still have problems with several others and have given up trying to fix them. Secondly, the ink is the 'shiny' variety. Looks cheap and nasty in my view. Overall I should hasve bought another HP albeit the cartridges cost a bomb.

I upgraded an OKI MFP for one of my client recently to the MC362dn . Previosuly there had been a d5510 MFP in place for around 6 years, wich had served well. This MFP wass easier to set-up, is a little smaller, faster, quieter and has an improved powersaver function. The scan to to PDF is very effective with numerous scanning options. Printing is as a business printer should be, fast and dependable. The 3 year warranty probably wont be used (if past experience with Oki MFPs are anything to go by) but its good to know its there! I'd recommend this to any small business/home office
