Product Description

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9732 is a wide-format colour all-in-one that prints, copies and scans up to A3. It suits small and medium businesses that need larger documents such as plans, spreadsheets and posters without a separate A3 machine. It prints at up to 22 ppm in black and 18 ppm in colour (ISO), with the first black page out in 12 seconds.

Paper handling suits a busy office. Two input trays hold 500 sheets between them and take media from 34 to 250 gsm, and the output tray holds 75 sheets. Automatic two-sided printing cuts paper use. A 35-sheet document feeder with duplex scanning copies and digitises double-sided originals in one pass, at up to 1200 x 1200 dpi optical resolution.

Day-to-day use runs from a 4.3" colour touchscreen. Connection options include Ethernet, dual-band Wi-Fi with Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth and two USB ports. Apple AirPrint and Mopria give direct printing from phones and laptops, and ChromeOS, Windows and macOS are supported. HP recommends 250 to 1,500 pages a month, with a maximum duty cycle of 30,000 pages.

The printer uses four HP 937 cartridges, and higher-yield 937e EvoMore cartridges are also available. Setup cartridges come in the box. This is a dynamic security enabled printer: it is only meant for cartridges with an HP original chip, and cartridges with non-HP chips may not work. The standard one-year HP commercial warranty becomes three years if you register the printer within 60 days of purchase.
