I bought this HP due to the reviews and I haven't been disappointed. An excellent printer which has delivered clear text and great colour quality. Other reviews have said it all really, very impressive and very happy.

I love this printer. It was easy to set up - the wireless aspect practically set itself up compared to previous printers that I've owned. The output quality from the scanner is BRILLIANT - really sharp and bright. It prints quickly and the results are sharp and clean. I like the large control screen, which is easy to use and the fact that the on/off button is right at the front. Holds LOADS of paper. I like the look of it - it's a real quality item. Claiming the £100 cashback was a breeze. I'm still waiting to hear from HP in respect of the promotional free 3yr warranty though, but then I only registered it a couple of days ago. Printerbase staff were efficient and helpful and the printer was delivered a working day from ordering as promised. I couldn't be happier with it.

Excellent all round printer. Easy to install, fast, quiet, quality is 2nd to none. Knew I could trust HP so just went for it. Managed to get a good price too. Printerbase were the cheapest, plus bough from them before and customer service is spot on. Office next door needs 2x printers and I've recommended this to them!

I have sampled 4 printers in the last 6 months, highest spec was the OKI MC562 which I had to return as the print quality was terrible. This HP printer is BRILLIANT. Easy to set up, quality of print is excellent, scanning is simple. Just a well round quality printer. Printerbase also were excellent, from ordering, qurery resolution and delivery. All in all a good transaction.

In terms of the warranty, this is UK ONLY. This warranty covers you for both repair and replacement, meaning that if the machine cannot be fixed, they will happily replace it instead. How do you get automatic duplexing to work? I have the MFP 477FDW version and it only let's me manual print. I have to take the one sided prints and reinsert them into the second tray. The options on the printer don't even have an option to make sure it prints both sides automatically. Even the options on my PC only say manual printing :/ please help.
