- Hi Les, Thank you for contacting Printerbase. Yes you can still claim your cash back if you purchase compatible cartridges. Although HP don't support compatible toner cartridges under the warranty terms they can only void your warranty if it is proven that the fault has been caused by the compatible cartridge. However they will need to provide proof of this. The answer to the question on this site states you can claim the £100 back for compatible toners. However on the promotion it states it is for HP toners only. Which is correct?

- Hi Rachel, Thank you for your email. The question / reply is dating back to February this year. At that point HP had a cash back promotion running which was available when you purchased just the printer (without toners). This was in relation to that promotion. However the current promotion HP are running is if you buy the printer and original cartridges you can claim £100. Alternatively if you just buy the printer you can claim £80.00 cash back.
