The printer was delivered when expected and all the staff I encountered where knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. You speak to someone as soon as you call which always makes the transaction less stressful. Have bought a high volume print cartridge which will be monitored closely to see if it lives up to the promise of 12,500 sheets.

Bought the duplex version of this printer to replace a dead LaserJet 4100n we've had for years. Printer is fast, duplexing works like a dream. Just hope it lasts as long as the 4100. Delivered day after order. Great product, great service.

Found the website and customer service to be v good. Able to choose this machine quite easily from tech specifications given on the website. Delivery v fast. Only problem - we seem to be getting quite a few paper jams. Could be a glitch with the paper type but not sure.. Bit noisy too.
