- Hi there, If this happens and the printer is still under warranty then we always recommend you speak to the manufacturer’s technical support team first to see if there is any problem they can sort over the phone. If this doesn’t sort the problem out then they will give you a returns number which you would then give to our customer service department. - Hi Roland, Unfortunately not - the HP M651dn is unable to print borderless prints and will leave a 5mm gap around the edge of the page. The only types of printers able to do this are inkjet printers. I hope this helps. Thanks. Grace. The Printerbase Team.
