Epson's first compact A3 desktop scanner, the WorkForce DS-30000, is designed with busy working environments in mind. With a wide range of media scanning capabilities, the WorkForce DS-30000 is a powerful scanner which provides optimum efficiency. This efficiency is teamed with high-quality scanning that produces crisp, clear images. However, the WorkForce DS-30000 sets itself apart from its competitors by being foldable, making it the ideal choice for workspaces both large and small that are in need of space-saving solutions.

Optimum efficiency
The DS-30000 has been built to the highest standards and is designed to help meet the requirements of busy workplaces, thanks to Epson's new Complex Production Architecture. As a result, this scanner is capable of scanning up to 70 pages per minute, a whopping 30,000 pages per day. But speed alone is not sufficient without quality assurance, so paper-protection sensors are utilised to prevent documents from being damaged.

Thanks to Epson's new Complex Production Architecture, the DS-30000 has been engineered to the highest standards to meet the demands of busy departments. High in capacity and with a robust design, the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) has the ability to scan the widest range of media in its class¹. Scan passports², passbooks, ID cards and large-format documents.

Scanning made simple

The DS-30000 simplifies scanning tasks, putting users in control with a 2.7" backlit touchscreen that can display pre-defined scan jobs and highlights machine cleaning and maintenance requirements with easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions.

Safe and secure

The inbuilt advanced paper-protection sensors also prevent documents from being damaged and ultra-sonic sensors ensure all documents are scanned, maintaining data integrity. For optimum performance, the DS-30000 comes with Document Capture Pro 3.0 software with inbuilt OCR functionality, supporting crisp, clear images.

Seamless integration

A wide range of drivers, including TWAIN, ISIS, WIA, SANE, and ICA, allow for easy integration into most document management systems. For added flexibility and convenience, the optional A4 (DS-5500) and A3 (DS-50000) flatbed scanners enable scanning of books, bound, and other media.
