I needed a printer fast, but one i could set up to work myself, as i'm a little older. I followed the instructions on the leaflet inside, and connected the printer to my tablet with the provided cord. It worked, and worked beautifully. For my use, it's spot on. It looks very nice, has no cheap feel, and i've already recommended it to a much younger lady who also isn't that tech savvy. I recommend Printerbase, too. Their delivery was the next working day, and their communication has been as we all would like to have. Plus, their prices were the best i could find, having researched beforehand the best type of printer for my abilities and needs. Seems a lot of non techies and older people also like this same model for its ease of use. And it scores highly among printers of this price bracket. Thank you Printerbase.

Great Printer, Fantastic service from an exceptional company. I purchased this printer online with promised next day delivery, before despatch I got a call from them just to check that the printer would fulfil all my needs and expectations. About a week or so after my next day delivery I was called again to make sure that I was happy with the printer and evrything was ok, I expected it to end in a sales call for ink , but it didn't so 10/ 10. Fantastic company I wish them every success
