Buying through Printerbase was quick and easy. Although the printer arrived a couple of days later than expected the unit was in perfect condition and exactly as described. Printerbase we're already competitively priced and a 20% CANON discount made even better VFM. I unboxed and set the unit up using a YouTube video. The printer driver was easily installed and although I had to enter the Wi-Fi details manually this has been the case for every CANON unit I have ever owned. As the scanner appeared not to be recognised I rang Printerbase who suggested I speak to CANON directly. This I did and the CANON Tech. Support guided me to another driver for the scanner on their website. I downloaded and installed this driver and all now works fine So far I am very happy with my purchase and can recommend Printerbase.
