Brought as it used same cartridge as last printer, had several left so didnt want to waste money. Since getting printer, first problem, no disc to download info despite all product information saying disc included. Used website. Had problems getting it to connect to WiFi, kept saying office despite being connected, have since had to have another WiFi hub so hoping it will be better. Found if left for a good 10 mins it would then decide to connect. A bit slow, but print itself of reasonable quality. Not sure I would buy this particular printer again as prior printer would automatically switch on when asked to print.

Having purchased this printer because it claimed it had a CD driver - disappointed when opening box to see no CD - warning to seller, you mustnfet thisbinformation corrected. Instructions at glance seem limited, however once on website and downloaded it became clearer. Time will tell if this printer as good as my bluetoothed one before. Cartridges easy to load, had similar with last printer.

DO NOT BUY! Sent for replacement printer as original item would not accept that I had loaded black cartridge correctly. I HAD! Replacement printer displayed same error message! (Yes, I had removed protective tape.) Repeated attempts to install cartridge without success. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I repeat - DO NOT BUY!
