I've been really happy with the printer so far as I'm finding it easy to use. I thought the procedure for adding the inks into the system was really easy and straight forward so that was handy. I was also happy with the communications and efficiency of print based between placing the order and receiving the printer.

Needed a sensible replacement for my old, huge laser printer. Advice from your salesman was spot on, He was patient, kind and extremely helpful. I went with his advice and I’m glad I did. My new printer is excellent. I placed my order at 1700 hours and, astonishingly, it arrived at 0900 the following morning. Can’t beat that for service - thank you.

The Canon PIXMA 4570 is an excellent printer, easy to set up when you follow the step by step online instructions. This printer surpasses our previous printer, not just in quality but also in speed of printing & the build quality is very good. My wife & I are very impressed

I purchased this Canon printer for my small business - so far, it is an absolutely cracking printer. I am also extremely impressed with Printerbase - their staff are first class. They called me when I initially placed the order to check it was exactly what I needed. Then I had another call to say when it would be delivered - which was the following day. I have since had a further call to check that I have set things up properly and if I need any further assistance, as well as giving me a discount on future supplies. they are absolutely fantastic and I will definitely be using again
