Customer Questions & Answers
Thank you for contacting Printerbase.
Unfortunately, as this machine is a mono (black only) fax machine, you would not be able to print and copy in colour using this device.
If you require a colour printer with copy and fax features, then I would advise looking at our selection of A4 multifunction machines. Perhaps take a look at the HP M277n http://www.printerbase.co.uk/laserjet-pro-mfp-m277n-a4-colour-laser-multifunction-printer.html?
This machine comes complete with full colour printing and scanning features. It also features a built-in fax machine.
If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
When I try to send a fax the machine emits a beeping noise, then I hear the normal dialing tone, before the machine beeps again and then prints an error report. How do I find out what the problem with the machine is?
Many thanks Sam
Thanks for getting in touch.
It sounds like there is some sort of connection error when trying to dial out - the error report you get from the Canon L150 should contain a code, which corresponds to a particular fault that can be found in the troubleshooting guide. This is part of the product user guide and can be found here -
If you prefer to speak to someone to help you assess the issue, then you can also call Canon support on 0207 660 0186 who should also be able to advise what the error is and how to fix it.
If you have any further questions at all, please feel free to contact us.
