Old machine for years never a problem. This is so hard to set up and after hrs workiong it it still only rings once asawers and cant switch it of while talking to customers. HOpleless

A resonable A reasonable fax machine for the money not the simplest machine to set up and the build quality seems poor compared with the Panasonic machine it replaced.Excelent service from Printerbase

Very compact and easy to use. Good to input phone numbers etc. Without receiving one fax and only setting up printing reports, the m/c ran out of ribbon which was a problem. The cost of the ribbon is nearly the price of a new Fax m/c.
