Ordered the machine on a Thursday and it arrived the following day as promised. The machine itself is a bit larger than I had anticipated, but that was my failure to measure-up properly. Otherwise, it configured to my Laptop (Windows 7 Home) very easily indeed. The wireless function works perfectly, even though the printer is in a confined space. Print quality on black & white is sharp, clear and generally very good. Colour is good but not fantastic, however the quality is commensurate with the price. Scanning is easy and simple. The document feeder works well as does the software suite. All in all I'm very happy. I rate this as 4 stars as I feel there is always room for improvement - for example the life cycle of consumables could be better.

Swift delivery, pretty easy to set up - had to add one more bit of software to the standard installation to make it scan over the network, but found the instructions online easy enough. Good quality output, pretty quick, looks very robust.

Delivery was delayed as it was not in stock but can't fault the printer, touch screen and Wi fi are amazing, very simple to set up. Quicker to do first print than my old 9840CDW HP printer, more technically advanced and smaller. Toner cartridges are smaller but work out a similar price per page. I would highly recommend it.

Does this machine on windows 10?

- Hi Sue, thanks for the question. Yes, I can confirm the Brother MFC-9330CDW is compatible with Windows 10. However, the Windows 10 drivers might not be on the setup CD. You can download them from the brother support website. I hope this helps Many Thanks Simon The Printerbase Team
