I am very impressed with the printer. It is easy to install with the DVD included and has great quality. The print is very dark and easy to read wghich was a problem with my previous printer. This printer is exceptional and the cannot be a better one in this price range. Definitely recommend!

Bought this to replace my aging Brother 2030 printer which has given me good service over many years and has finally given up the ghost, so far it seems to be an admirable replacement, I particularly like the double-sided printing capability, very useful and cuts down on having to manually re-insert the paper. Prints envelopes well, haven't tried it with card yet. All in all a good printer for a good price, replacement cassettes reasonably priced too.

Was happy with this for two weeks. Then reports paper blockage and wont print, the tray checked repeatedly and no blockage, but it wont load.

- Hi Lisa Thank you for your question. The Brother L2310D is not currently compatible with Big Sur. There are no Drivers yet released and there's no AirPrint support available on USB only printers Thank you The Printerbase Team
