Our old fax machine broke mid afternoon, I ordered a new machine which arrived next day and was up and running in less than 24 hours from the old machine breaking down. We already have one of these machines and it has proved to be a good workhorse at a reasonable price.

Excellent product and superb delivery. Be aware that to register the warranty with Brother will drive you mad. Apparently they employ 4 year olds to answer the phones.

A great machine that is so simple to use and has a decent cartridge life. We have had this machine for 3 months and no problems as yet.
