So, after 7 years of great service, a few niggles meant that I was looking for a replacement for my Brother DCP 9020CDW printer. Whilst a little "chunky" for home/office use, it did everything that I wanted it to do... in fact if I could have replaced it with an identical one, I would have done so... That's where the team at Printerbase come in... a "No pressure" call with Steve Killick to discuss options led me to the Brother DCP-L3560CDW - an almost identical, marginally smaller-sized version of what I had that does everything I need... * Fast Single & Double-sided (to help save paper) full colour printing * Reasonably large paper tray * Front loading access for labels (need to remember to open the rear access panel for straight-through paper flow) * Fast scanning * and an ADF feed for those times that I have a bundle of papers to scan. Finally, given that it's not the smallest of printers (around a 2foot cube) it's as quiet as some much smaller printers that I've used in the past. And the print quality is "top notch" - which is probably the most important part! Definitely recommended

- Hi Mary Thank you for your question. No, the Brother DCP-L3560CDW takes different cartridges. This printer uses the TN248 cartridge series. The DCP-L3550CDW used the TN247 and TN243 series of cartridges. Hope this helps Thank you The Printerbase Team
