The printer was very straightforward to set up and get connected to my network. This brother printer is a lot quiter than my previous brother model. When printing from my mobile using the brother iprint&scan app it prints a lot quicker than my previous printer. The software interface on my PC is great. Overall the printer is a joy to use and the quality is excellent. The Printerbase team have exceptional customer care too. Top company, thanks.

After a confirmatory phone call (from printerbase) to make sure this was what I really wanted - a nice touch I thought - and guidance about best value replacement toner cartridges, the sale went ahead and delivery was on time as promised. Set up was incredibly easy, although I hadn't anticipated the weight of the printer. Connecting wifi was the hardest part - entering a password without a full keyboard was a bit tedious. But since then it's been perfect. Printing smoothly, double sided too if needed, and scanning a doddle. Delighted.

My first multifunction device was the Canon CLC10, expensive, idiosyncratic but the first commonly available machine of its type, and performed sterling service. Since then I have had many printers, scanners and multifunction devices from innumerable manufacturers. The Brother DCPL3510 is incomparably reliable, much cheaper to buy and run and functions unobtrusively and reliably. This Brother is the best yet!
