Taking up only the space of a desktop printer, the Epson AcuLaser C1700 is ideal for maximising workspace. It also features one of the fastest print speeds in its class - up to 12ppm in mono or 10ppm in colour - to help boost your productivity.

Designed with the business user in mind, the C1700 provides low-maintenance, peace-of-mind printing - the only supply item that requires replacing is the toner itself - and if you opt for the high yield toner, you won't be replacing that very often either.

The Epson 1700 was quick and easy to set up and I was printing within minutes of opening the box. I have to say a word about printerbase too. Their website is easy to navigate and it was easy to compare prices and features so I could pick the best printer for me. It was delivered the next day. Amazing. Best place to buy a printer on the web, because believe me, I spent hours searching other sites before rejecting them all and choosing printerbase. Glad I found them. Bought to replace an Epson R800 which became defunct while clearing a badly clogged head. As a light user I considered a laser printer could be on par with an inkjet in cartridge cost. Ordered one day & recieved the next, excellent service. No problems to install, found to be a very compact quiet printer. Too early to say if there are any short commings, but found it printed a very acceptable 150mm x 100mm photo on 'white' paper. This is a photo we use to compare the High Street digital printers.
