Epson’s new WorkForce Pro 4015DN and 4025DW machines are now available and if you buy one before the end of the year, they’ll even throw in a Free 3 Year Warranty (registration required). Extra High Yield Ink Cartridges are available on the WorkForce Pro 4015DN (the white one), which help to make this machine not only cheap to run, but also suitable for more demanding office users due to fewer interruptions.
Both models include USB and Network connectivity, but the WorkForce Pro 4025DW (the black one) also includes Wi-Fi. We find it strange that Epson make consumers choose between either extra high yield inks or Wi-Fi connectivity (printer colour aside), but our recommendation would be the 4015DN (the white one) unless you require Wi-Fi connectivity. Call us on 0800 170 7234 if you want us to help you figure out if you really need Wi-Fi.
We’ve dug a bit deeper and have ascertained that all the WorkForce range will take the XXL cartridges although Epson don’t make this very clear on any of their literature. We’re guessing this is some kind of market strategy but if you want WiFi and cheap running costs you can in fact have both!
