We bought this for printing photos & digital artwork. It's brilliant, better quality than we expected. You just need to select the best quality print settings on the printer or your laptop to get the best results, otherwise you get banding on the default setting.

I bought this because I had to spend time overseas whilst working on a legal report. I needed to be able to print reference material and my report to keep focussed. This was fantastic to have. Easy to transport, easy to set up with my laptop and it worked really well. It was expensive but worth the money to me. I printed more than 100 pages and the black cartridge expired, and they are expensive items. This will not be my main printer but this did its job.

This printer is excellent. 1) It is compact, lightweight and portable, and is about the size of an elongated book, which means I can carry it from room to room or even take it with me when I travel and stay overnight somewhere. 2) It is so straightforward to use, and also the ink cartridges are easy to move in and out when you need to replace them - unlike the bulky Canon printer/scanner which I have. 3) I was able to set it up within 20 minutes, without having to bother with any downloads. My MacBook Pro recognised this printer immediately, without having any instructions. 4) The last time I bought one of these printers was 10 years ago and it lasted me eight years. I wonder whether its cheaper competitors last as long. So to conclude, if you don't need a scanner as well as a printer and you want to have a printer that is easy to use, portable, amazingly lightweight and yet very durable then pay the extra and buy this one.

Avoid cheap printers! Spend the extra money and get this. I was used to buying £50 printers and this one is substantially better in every way. I love how compact it is so I can store it easily and just bring it out when necessary. The setup process went without any hitches. Also, PrinterBase are a very professional company with good customer support so you can actually speak with a human being if you have any issues!

Crackin little printer.. dont use it often so goes back in the box and slides easily under the bed. Text is clear average speed not done any pictures. Would deffo recommend.

Exactly what I wanted for my desk. I have a Canon A3 printer for photos so only need this for printing letters, tickets etc for which it is ideal.
