Kyocera print solutions portfolio extended

The Kyocera print solutions portfolio has been extended even further with two new additions to the comprehensive range.

The first of the new Kyocera print solutions is EveryonePrint, a simple mobile print solution that is easily integrated into existing IT environments to support BYOD.  The other solution is Docuware, an integrated document management solution which provides digital workflow.

EveryonePrint is a well-known print solution which seamlessly works with print management solutions such as PaperCut and Equitrac, converting documents into printable content with end-to-end encryption to ensure confidentiality. ID card or PIN access ensures only the print-job owner is able to release their printout which helps guarantee document security and printing to any Kyocera printer or MFP from any device can be done via email print, web print, driver print, mobile app and Google cloud print.

Designed to facilitate document distribution and storage, Docuware lets you archive and index your documents and offers user-friendly document retrieval. It helps organisations with paper-intensive processes to organise and efficiently manage the flow of information wherever there is an Kyocera Multifunction Printer.

Speaking about the additions to Kyocera print solutions, Anup Rai, Product Marketing Manager, KYOCERA Document Solutions UK Ltd, said: “We all know that more work than ever before is done on the move. End users need to have the same access to documents and print capability on mobile devices as they have on desktops, while at the same time digital workflow is becoming more important than ever.

“EveryonePrint installs in minutes to provide hassle-free printing for a mobile workforce while Docuware means you can easily and quickly send files from the Kyocera MFP to anyone in your organisation. EveryonePrint and Docuware provide users with convenience and control and complement our existing portfolio of print solutions for business.”

IDC states that in 2013, 230 million smart devices were shipped in Western Europe at an annual growth rate of 11%, while the number of mobile workers doubled from 2010 to 2013 and will reach 512 million by 2015. As a result, Kyocera print solutions has been expanded to cater for the demand of mobile printing and digital workflow solutions for business.
