Be careful when I registered the product I got a 3 year warranty instead of the cashback. I can’t understand how this happened I am so annoyed!

I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Some products offer the option of a 3 year warranty or cashback – I’d suggest getting in touch with the manufacturer to let them know about this if you were unable to access the cashback.

But you cannot have both, can this be corrected please

I think this may be a little out if date, as there does not appear to be any cashback available on the Brother MFC-L8690CDW A4 Colour Laser Multifunction Printer
