Xerox have been hard at work and just released a few new printers to replace some existing models. Introducing the Xerox C310, C315 colour laser printers and Xerox B305, B310 and B315 mono laser printers. These models are a range of print only, multifunctional, colour and black & white printers, aimed at small to medium businesses, home offices and remote workforce.
 
This new range of printers have very big shoes to fill, considering they are replacing some of Xerox’s best selling models. For this reason, there has been a huge focus in very key areas such as mobile connectivity and print, security, reliability, the environment and making initial setup easy enough to work right out of the box.

Connectivity, Apps and The Environment

With this line-up of personal and workgroup family of printers, Xerox have focused on mobile printing, with standard support out of the box, for Airprint, Mopria, Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct, making them perfect for the routine mobile user.
 
Any printer installation is always a nightmare for IT and the end user, but with the introduction of Xerox Smart Start Installer software, this should make initial installation, driver installation, printing and scanning setup process quick and easy.
 
For the Windows 10 and 11 operating system desktop user, there is also a free Xerox Print and Scan Experience App support, which aims to help the user access printing and scanning functionalities of their Xerox printer through desktop or laptop computers. The idea is to make daily printing and scanning tasks a breeze. The Xerox Print and Scan Experience App is available from the Windows store.
