Which? magazine have tested both Laser and Inkjet printers to find out which is the best buy in terms of print speeds.
The ‘best buy’ of all those tested was the HP Laserjet Pro P1102w Mono Laser Printer, which was given an impressive Which? test score of 77%. Described as a “speed demon”, the P1102w prints text at 13.6 pages per minute, with mono graphics taking just 15 seconds – all at a gbood quality, too. This device also comes with Wi-Fi and a 150-sheet paper tray – an ideal addition for any home or small offices.
Also rated highly was the Brother DCP-J725DW Inkjet Printer, which scored 65% in the Which? test. This all-in-one takes “just over 90 seconds to deliver a great-quality A4 photo print”, with text prints coming in a 9.1 pages per minute.
