Samsung showcase new innovations in print technology

With the IFA trade show coming up this week in Berlin, Samsung have been revealing some of their brand new printer concepts – and they are certainly interesting!

Two of these innovative models come with smartphone socks that allow users to print directly from Android phones – highlighting the directions in which Samsung are looking to improve the print experience.

There are three designs on show; the Wave, the Indie and the One & One – all with their own unique features.

First, the Samsung Wave has a very minimalist design and allows you to easily dock your Samsung Android phones and print directly from them.

The Samsung Indie offers the same dock system that charges your phone and works with the built-in sound system.

The Samsung One & One is a monochrome laser printer that allows you to print using two colors by designating one additional colour from cyan, magenta, or yellow to complement the standard black.

These new designs were announced in a blog post by Samsung, though, most of the details have been kept firmly under wraps.

There’s no indication yet as to whether or not the Wave, the Indie, and the One & One will simply remain as concepts or, indeed, become models available to buy.
