Troubleshooting Zebra Printing on a Mac

Some common issues Mac users face include:

Labels printing blank – Usually caused by incorrect driver selection.

Text or barcodes cut off – Check label size settings.

Printer not detected – Try reconnecting via USB or deleting and adding the printer again under Printers & Scanners.

If you’re using thermal transfer Zebra printers, make sure the ribbon is loaded correctly—otherwise your labels won’t print.

Printing From A Zebra Label Printer To iPhone & iPad

Many wireless Zebra label printers can easily print from your Apple iPhone or Apple iPad using the Zebra Printer Setup Utility app. Once connected via Wi-fi or Bluetooth, the app allows you to configure your printer and send print jobs directly from your Apple device. This makes it simple to print labels, barcodes and receipts on the go, without needing a computer. Ideal for mobile and flexible work environments.

Please note, the Zebra Printer Setup utility app supports select Zebra Print DNA printers, so compatibility may vary depending on your model.
