Introducing the Printerbase prizewinner for November – Sue Beech

We are happy to announce another Printerbase review prizedraw winner!

The month of November saw Printerbase customer Sue Beech win a fantastic Samsung 32″ flat screen television, all for just leaving an honest review of her latest Printer purchase.

Sue purchased the fantastic Brother MFC-8880dn multi function mono printer from us and had the following to say upon hearing that she had won;

“What a lovely start to a cold December morning, I won a TV and it arrived the following day.  Thanks Printerbase you are the best, not only did you give a great service but the TV is the icing on the cake. I am now the proud owner of a Samsung 32″ TV.  I highly recommend your Company and next time I need a printer etc your website will be first on my list. Thank you. Sue”

  1. Having bought a Dell ‘All in One’ laser printer to replace my HP ink jet model I found that there was a problem getting it to scan documents. My first approach to Dell failed to provide a satisfactory solution so I called Printerbase.
    These days of ‘throw away products’, one of the most important elements of a purchase is the support given when something is wrong! Printerbase responded by picking up the gauntlet and within a short time had Dell call me when the problem was fixed.
    For me service is everything!
